Chefs – Tyler (Chef, Kitchen Manager, Grandson) and Fabian (Executive Chef). Our highly trained and professional chefs are proficient in all aspects of food preparation and fine dining creating dishes that will engage diners and please their palates. Together they bring years of culinary training and expertise establishing a memorable culinary experience for all. Captains – You will have your own personal Captain at your event. They will be with you every step of the way. They will oversee the banquet servers making sure you and your guests get everything you need and more. Banquet Staff – Our thoughtful and caring banquet staff (wait staff, bartenders and dishwasters) take great pride to ensure that each affair is treated with special attention to every detail. Janitorial, Linen, Gardening staff - It takes a lot of dedicated hard working people to make an event a success from our janitorial staff cleaning our building inside and out, our linen department washing and ironing linens and finally our gardeners pruning our bushes and keeping our grounds in pristine condition.
