Qualifications: Make an appointment and take a tour of the facility. If the date you want at Stonebrook Manor is available, prospective clients are required to write a detailed and compelling letter/email explaining the reason(s) they should receive a "nearly" free reception on that date.
Letters should include: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Requested date, An explanation of what makes you deserving and what makes your situation unique.
Letters will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Stonebrook Manor, at its sole discretion, shall review all letters, make a determination and notify the client within 2 business days. The client will then have 2 business days to sign a contract according to the below requirements.
Requirements:
Client shall sign a Stonebrook Manor contract, abide by all rules and regulations, and pay a non-refundable ($750) booking fee at the time contract is signed. This is payment for: Event Captain, wait staff, set-up, service, clean-up, and tear-down. All payments and items/staff purchased over and above this offering shall be paid in accordance with Stonebrook Manor's payment schedule.
Client agrees that Stonebrook Manor may use letters for promotional purposes including but not limited to websites, brochures, flyers, blogs, TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, etc. We appreciate your willingness in allowing us to use these letters for advertising purposes so that we may continue to help others.

Upgrade to Rose Package:
Guest count of 75 or below - $20/person
Guest count of over 75 - $59.95/person plus 20% service staffing charge (for 2010 add $2/person)
Upgrade to Orchid Package:
Guest count of 75 or below - $40/person
Guest count of over 75 - $79.95/person plus 20% service staffing charge (for 2010 add $2/person)
All other upgrades will be billed at Stonebrook Manor's standard rates.
Children's rates shall not apply.

Taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Ceremony price shall be $450. (Ceremony is included in the Rose and Orchid Packages).

There isn't anything I would have changed or improved upon. Along with many of the guests, I will recommend your facility without hesitation. For such an important event, with so many aspects that could have been lacking, I was overjoyed that everything was exceptional.
