Stonebrook Manor Rules & Regulations
|
Ceremony Only (No Reception):
- $1,450-Includes: 2 hours in Maple Garden . Includes seating for up to 150 guests. Additional guests are $3 per person. One hour for rehearsal booked on available basis. Bride and grooms rooms are not available.
- Times: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm. Sundays: 12pm-2pm, 2:30pm-4:30pm.
- A $750.00 booking fee is required along with a signed contract. This amount shall be applied to the total balance. Remainder of balance is due 6 months prior to event date.
Ceremony with Reception:
- $450 - Not charged if Gold or Platinum package is selected. (Includes half hour added to beginning of daytime event and half hour added to end of evening event). Includes seating for up to 150 guests. Additional guests are $3 per person. One hour for rehearsal booked on available basis, during business hours.
Special Guest Requirements:
- Stonebrook Manor chairs are rated at 300 lbs. If you have special requirements over this, let us know at pre-event meeting.
Guest’s Expected:
- A final guest count is due 10 days prior to event.
Wedding Rehearsal:
- Booked on a space and time available basis for one hour in length during business hours.
- Stonebrook Manor reserves the right to change and reschedule a rehearsal.
- Rehearsal times to be scheduled approximately thirty days in advance.
Brides/Grooms Rooms:
- Luxurious Brides and Grooms rooms are available for clients during their entire event when using the Tiffany or Marquise Ballrooms.
Smoking:
- Stonebrook Manor is a non-smoking facility. Outside smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Proper receptacles must be used.
- No cigar smoking allowed.
Rental Items:
- Stonebrook Manor owns most of the rental items you will need for your event insuring availability.
Music/AV System:
- Stonebrook Manor recommends that you have a technician at your event to monitor your A.V. needs (see common upgrades sheet for rates). All media (laptops, DVD’s, CD’s, etc.) must be checked prior to your event date to ensure compatibility with Stonebrook’s equipment.
- Any special requirements needed by a D.J./band etc., should be approved by a Stonebrook Manor representative prior to the event date.
- All sound levels to be controlled by Stonebrook Manor.
- If a sound system is to be used outdoors, cords must not be run from inside to outside. Electrical outlets are available outside in designated areas.
- All sound equipment must be removed by event end.
Pictures:
- Free photo opportunities are available for brides and grooms. Please schedule times with front office.
Captain:
- To ensure a successful event, a captain attends your event from setup time to the end of teardown and cleanup. The captain is available to assist with facility-related issues, vendor matters, last minute concerns, and client assistance.
Food Service/Staffing:
- Stonebrook Manor offers a variety of diverse menus prepared by our classically trained executive chef. All setup/teardown/cleanup will be provided by Stonebrook Manor staff.
- If additional time is necessary, staff charges are as follows: $25/hr-captain, $20/hr-servers/cleanup personnel, $25/hr-bartenders, $100/hr-DJ.
- In Pavilions, only buffet service available.
