• Twitter. It may feel difficult to believe 160 characters can be in any way helpful for your wedding planning. But they are! Twitter is one of the best ways to stay updated with your vendors’ news and quick tips. Even more, it’s a great way to find giveaways too (simply search #weddinggiveaway or similar keywords and you are bound to find something).
• Pinterest. This is the root of all wedding inspiration! Create boards (secret or not-so-secret) for all of your wedding planning “parts” and inspire yourself from what you “pin” there. Even more, keep in mind the fact that you can use Pinterest as your wedding registry too (just make sure you make it public so that your guests can take a look at it).
• Instagram. You can use this social media website for inspiration – but even better, you can use it to personalize your wedding! Create a wedding hashtag for the Big Day and ask your guests to “tag” the photos they take at your wedding with it. It’s fun and it will help you bring all the wedding photos into one place!
