I have always been fascinated by cooking and creating recipes. At the age of 12 I wrote my first recipe, it was marinara sauce. It was very primitive compared to my marinara now, but my love for food hasn’t changed. I was trained at The School of Culinary Arts in Denver; there I received classical and contemporary food training under some of Denver’s best chefs. I write all of our recipes and use only the freshest all natural products. With 10 years of experience combined with my training, love of food, and the freshest ingredients, my goal is to bring you the best food possible for your event.
