Grand Ballroom rates based on 300 guests. Additional guests $7/person.

- Custom room set-up and design
- On-site manager
- Photo opportunities in gardens
- Luxurious brides room – (with ceremony/based on availability)
- Grooms rooms with satellite TV/DVD and foosball tables (with ceremony/based on availability)
- Attached sunrooms, built-in dance floors, built-in bars, patios with garden views
* Tables – 5’ rounds for guest seating, 4’ round for cake table, 6’ and 8’ banquet for gifts, buffet.
* Banquet or white folding chairs inside. White folding chairs (no padded seat) outside. (White padded chairs available inside or outside upon request at $1.50 each)
- Linens – Basic 81” square tablecloths, guest napkins, service napkins-in 39 colors.
- Two elegant plates per person – Tiffany/Marquise (300), Grand Ballroom (600)
- Three pieces of coordinating flatware - Tiffany/Marquise (450), Grand Ballroom (900)
